These General Terms govern the initial system evaluations, contract risk analysis consultations, and flat-fee diagnostic assessments prepared by SiliconLex Pte Ltd, located at 31 Kaki Bukit Rd 3, Singapore 417818. "Client" refers to any legal corporate entity submitting digital assets or platforms for evaluation.
Assessments compiled by SiliconLex do not constitute binding investment, financial, or universal insurance models. All diagnostic materials represent technical-legal structural evaluations under the laws of Singapore. We do not warrant that our assessments will intercept every operational failure or litigation event.
SiliconLex inherits and retains absolute title, copyright, and operational patents inside any design matrices, templates, pre-drafted systems, compliance blueprints, or algorithmic assessment modules built during service provision. Clients receive an absolute, non-exclusive license to use deliverables internally.
These terms and all related compliance audits are governed under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any contractual disagreement, dispute, or non-performance lawsuit must fall under the first-instance jurisdiction of competent courts in Singapore.
